Tom Keifer Band Ignites Starland Ballroom
Tom Keifer
Before the lights came up at Starland Ballroom, the members of the Tom Keifer Band gathered shoulder to shoulder in a tight huddle around the drum riser as the crowd roared in anticipation. Seconds later, the band broke toward the stage as the opening notes hit and the sold out room exploded.

From that moment on, Tom Keifer and his band delivered the kind of hard rock show that felt completely at home in a packed New Jersey club. Fans pressed against the barricades sang along from the opening song while Keifer drove the set with the same gritty voice and blues based edge that helped define Cinderella's sound decades ago.
What stood out throughout the night was Keifer's musicianship. Beyond the vocals, he constantly shifted between multiple guitars, keyboards and slide guitar setups, adding depth and movement to every song while staying locked onto the energy of the crowd. Rather than simply revisiting familiar material, the performance felt active, sharp and fully engaged.
The connection between band and audience carried through the entire night. By the final songs, Starland Ballroom felt less like a stop on a tour and more like one of the classic New Jersey rock clubs that built this music in the first place.
