North to Shore Brings Big Summer Energy Back to Asbury Park

North to Shore returns to Asbury Park this June with the kind of lineup that feels right at home in a city built on boardwalk sound, rock history, independent artists, and late-night discovery. The 2026 festival runs across New Jersey, with events in Newark, Asbury Park, Atlantic City, and other Shore communities, and Asbury Park programming kicking off as early as June 11 with I Am The Avalanche at House of Independents. This year’s Asbury Park lineup blends nationally recognized touring acts with intimate venue shows, local arts programming, comedy, community events, and the kind of unexpected creative moments that make the city feel alive from the beach to the West Side.

While the Stone Pony Summer Stage will naturally draw attention with major shows from Claypool Gold, Hot Mulligan, Yellowcard, Jimmy Eat World, Streetlight Manifesto, and The Bouncing Souls, the Asbury Park schedule is much bigger than the biggest names. North to Shore also spreads across the city’s clubs, rooftops, bars, parks, and community spaces, with artists and events like Chris Pinnella, Surfing for Daisy, Tanner Grigoli, Winyah, Joe P., I Am The Avalanche, Happy Mondays, Asbury Jams, Georgies’ celebrations, Asbury Underground, and the Juneteenth programs at Springwood Park all helping turn the festival into a true citywide experience.

One of the best parts of North to Shore is that it is not only built around ticketed concerts. Several Asbury Park events are free and open to the public, giving people a chance to experience the festival even if they are just walking through town for the day. AsburyFest takes over Bradley Park from June 12–14 with food, crafts, and live local music, while Asbury Underground returns on June 27 as a free citywide creative crawl, turning galleries, shops, and unexpected spaces into pop-up stages for music, art, poetry, and performance. The schedule also includes public-facing community events like the North to Shore Festival Bazaar in the Grand Arcade, Corridor of Creativity, and the Juneteenth Family Arts & Cultural Festival at Springwood Park, giving the festival a broader sense of connection beyond the main stages.

Whether you are coming for a major Summer Stage show, a night at Wonder Bar, House of Independents, Asbury Lanes or Georgie’s, or one of the free community events happening throughout the city, North to Shore is a chance to experience New Jersey’s creative scene in full motion. Purchase tickets early for the shows you do not want to miss, and visit the official North to Shore website for the full Asbury Park schedule, free event details, venue information, and updates on this uniquely New Jersey celebration of music, art, comedy, culture, and community.
